I have been training for over a year now at 20 years old my diet and training is proper.
I recently purchased test Enanthate and Deca
For my first cycle can you tell me in mg (milligrams) how I should run this cycle?

you are flat out insane bro... 1 year is NOTHING and 20 years old to use steroids is just absolutely ridiculous, just absurd... 1 year of training is nearly as absurd.. you need to do ONE thing and thats focus on your diet and training, period
