Mk677 + sleep + shiftwork

Hey guys , got some MK677 havent started it yet . I do shiftwork , should I dose in the AM at say 9am when I wake up then I sleep for maybe 2hrs in the arvo then wake up at maybe 4pm then Goto work for 8hours from say 5pm-1am ... Will my sleep be affected etc ? Or should I dose it at 1am when i finish work then Go to sleep

some people have it negatively effect their sleep if they take it before bed while others love it... no way to answer that... its all trial and error for each individual
