my friend miscalculated the numbers and injected himself with 3mg dose of melatonan 2 and it suppose to be 0.3mg ....received a phone call from him that he feel very nausea and very weak so i told him to lay down and go to sleep.....any other concerns he should be aware of ...it just happened less than a hr ago?

no but he is probably going to feel like shit all day tomorrow but it will be pass... just tell him to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest
