I am late getting to this. Better late than never.

1-12 test cyp 350 mg week
1-14 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
1-14 proviron 50 mg ed.
1-12 Mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
3-14 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
3-14 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.

· Caught that hacking cough, jack up my workouts
· 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] Pin Thursday morning
· Started getting Night sweats, (not sure if fromhacking cough)
· Pushed through workouts over the weekend to makeup for lost time
Week 2 (3-20-17)
· Still dealing with this hacking cough
· Night sweats are worse
· Had a good week working out
Week 3 (3-27-17)
· S4 split dose ed,
· GW ed
· Hacking cough getting better
· Night Sweats tapering off
· Started to see small changes in body comp towardend of week
Week 4 (4-3-17)
· Cough is lingering
· Night sweats not as bad, still get hot at night
· S4 vision sides, no yellow but eye adjustmentlight to dark
· Noticing Strength increase
· Feels like I put on a little mass, look a lilbit bigger in mirror, waist is smaller
· Another great week of workouts
· Pins going well, smooth with no issues.
· Looking forward to upcoming weeks, Increasing the weight
So far so good. I am getting tired somewhat a couple hours after I workout which is typically at lunch.

Shout out to Dylan & RickRock for their help getting me ready for this cycle and others for their support.

Overall I feel pretty good. BGS is my quarterback.

Update:

Week 5 (4-10-17)
· S4 vision sides, no yellow but purplish, comes and goes nothing significant, only onreally bright days.
· Have not noticed if GW is kicking in.
· Night sweats continue, not significant
· Strength increasing

Week 6 (4-17-17)
· Vascularity becoming more noticeable
· More Strength
· Body comp improvements
· Bloods next week, Interested in results to seeif AI adjustments are needed. Get reallytired an hour or 2 after workout. Usually recovered by then.
· Workouts have been great

Start of week 7:
Great Chest workout yesterday. Strength going up!
Bloods this morning.

S4:
Anyone get the purplish hue from indoor lights? I know its the S4 but I am not getting the yellow. Like I said, it does not bother me, it goes away after a few minutes. S4 bringing out the vascularity. Starting to see veins I never seen before.

Purple is the opposite of yellow, IDK if that's playing a role in this. If you stare at a color for a long time then look away at something neutral, the opposite color will appear.
 
yes, you are likely staring at a certain light color causing that in return... the vascularity is one of my favorite benefits with s4... trust me, it gets crazy on it...

Yes. I am really liking the S4. Just starting week 5 on it. S4 may become my favorite SARM.

I think I need to crank up my cardio a notch to realize the benefits of GW. I will push harder.

I am someone who is warm or hot most of the time. But wondering if any of the compounds in my cycle would attribute to a higher body temperature overnight. I have not read anything that would indicate this. I have to change shirts at least once during the night.

I am only blasting 350mg (175x2) of test per week. Cycle is going well. Goal is to tighten the screws a bit more. Seeing rapid strength increases now.

Bloods look great man, everything is where it should be.

Did you have a lipid profile taken with this? I don't see lipids but everything else is MONEY! Especially at 350mg per week, 2797 is good to go!

No Lipid Panel. My understanding is that is used to determine the risk for heart disease. Maybe I will consider to include that my next panel.


Hmm I have a comment but I am really unsure if I am correct, I am only stating this for both of our learning benefit.

I noticed free test at 50.0 - is this capped at 50 for the test? Because at 50 with a blood serum of 2797 you would have less than 2.5% free test. I would think a DHT like proviron would be ideal to free up even more test?

Now that statement or question in bold could be totally fucked and wrong on many levels. I am really not sure. I would bet your test is capped for free test measurement but I thought I would put this out there.

Free test was capped. I am taking 50mg of proviron daily as part of my stack.

Quick update:

End of week 9.

I have been absolutely killing it in the gym this week. I walked in the gym Monday and my shit just was on another level. Maybe 8 weeks is my sweet spot when it all comes together. Feeling really good. I feel like no matter what I go down with its coming back up.

Nagging lower back pain has seem to be healed. (had herniated disc L4-L5 that was easily aggravated)
I can do sets of 20 (245#) at the squat rack now. Not extremely heavy, easing my way up in weight. Being cautious. Best my back felt in years so I do not want that pain to return.

Kicked in big time.

Cycle
I am getting strong as hell. Not trying to PR but taking weight/volume in consideration. I know I can go way heavier but I like volume using 80 to 85 % max.

Lean mass is my goal and I am looking forward to finding out just how much I have gained. Very noticeable physique changes.
 
Coming to the end of week 10.

I am feeling really awesome. My lifts and endurance continue to increase. I'm taking a sledge hammer to the gym and just destroying shit.

Seated dumbbell presses 90x6
Bench Press 275x6
Weighted dips 135x10 (3 fucking plates!)
Weighted Pull-ups 45x10
Just to name a few. Going up in squats next week 275x20.

Started my cycle @ 195lbs. Current weight is 208lbs.
