Hello,

After natural bodybuilding for 2 years and putting on good muscle. In the summer of 2016 I decided to go on a cut that lead to severe calorie restriction. I started eating around 1400 calories a day , mostly black coffee, and vegetables. Ocassional oatmeal, piece of chicken.I went from 170 lbs at 5'9 down to 139 lbs in about 5 weeks. I noticed low libido but linked it to caloric restriction and continued the diet and overtraining. I stopped weight lifting and did 1-2 hours of cardio every day.

In december of 2016 I noticed complete ed, and then it hit me that I havent had morning/spontaneous erections in 5-6 months. I developed severe restless leg syndrome and couldnt stop moving them all day long. I then noticed complete ed and genital numbness and low ejaculation volume and force. This is when I knew something was wrong and I immediately stopped the diet. 2 years after I still have the following symptoms

-Genital numbness/ lack of sensitivity feeling like rubber
- no morning/spontaneous erections
-0 libido
-no feeling in ejaculation
-low semen volume and force
-dry tired eyes/ dark under eyes
- no sweat from armpits and genitals (feeling of dryness) and no pre cum

I would go see an endocrinologist if I were you. Secondly, I would ensure that your diet is a proper, healthy one and that your lifestyle doesn't inhibit test production (high stress, low levels of sleep).

You've done the obvious thing and had a blood check and your numbers look good, I'd see a doctor if I were you now bro. Good luck.
