Hi Dylan ,I was coming to you after watching most to all most of your video on YouTube. Looking for advice on losing body fat. My a male. Height is 5’5 weight this morning as of 5/7/19 was 191 I have 20.5% body fat looking to get around the range or 14-16%. My activity level is about a 6 out of 10. My job is not really a active job. Only hard activity is going to the gym. Train 4-5 times a week. Will send any other info that you need to get some good advice on towards achieving my goal. Thanks
