The best thing a natty can take to help with muscle building is going to be creatine. You have to remember though that without a proper diet and training program, you cannot just take something and grow muscle.
 
Test booster, No2 booster, protein, creatine (for some). Creatine never did shit for me. Cordyceps mushrooms and ashwaganda are a great addition to add to a natty stack also as they help keep cortisol down and increase ATP energy the Cordyceps will also give u a pretty noticeable increase in your endurance
