So i was in the gym eating healthy about 2.5 years was really happy with my health but i had circumstances that caused to to get out my routine. I was a solid 215 with around 12% body fat. I am now about 220 at probally 20% body fat mostly belly. Im back in the gym and getting my diet back on track. I will be turning 40 soon. My question is would sarms be ok or when should i run me a cycle of test.Im asking you guys here because over the years you seem to always give rhe best advice! Thanks
