A bit of background: I was a real fatty (320) then I took up running got down to 220 and then I got sick. Long story short I ended up weighing 145 missing 1 testicle and half a stomach. I was very weak and decided to change that. Starting squat, bench, dead: 145, 105, 185. Current meet PRs: 402 242, 440. I messed around with a "cycle" of SARMS just listening to a guy from work that I shouldn't have. Since then I've been lurking here and I'm about ready to pull the trigger in a more informed order. Trying to decide between a few things and putting a budget together. Advice is cool, but if not this will just be to log my experience.

Current options: LGD, Mk 677, and YK11.
LGD 5mg for two weeks,10mg for 3, 15mg for 3
Mk 677 25mg for 8 weeks
YK11 5mg for one week, 10mg for 4, 20mg for 3

This is what I'm thinking right now. Either that or run Test E 500mg for 12 weeks.
PCT either with Nova and clomid
 
i dont know anyone thats going to recommend just an 8 week cycle of sarms, especially not mk677, which needs to be ran a MUCH longer duration... sarms dont even peak until week 8 and on top of that, yk11 is an unknown... you dont know what you are actually getting and there are NO long term studies done on it whatsoever
 
I've read in some places it's 2, 4,6 or 10 weeks. There's more bad information than good for sure. My thought was to start slow, but I can do a12 week if that's better. Drop the yk11 in your opinion. Replace with nothing, or add something else?
 
well first and fore most, getting quality is imperative and there's far more shit being sold than good... next it comes down to your goals from the cycle... what are your specific goals?
 
I'm wanting to go up a weight class. Just have more muscle cross- sectional area on my frame to help me push heavier weights.
