Anti's are known for this problem in both sexes
I was on 4 different ones in my 20's…..horrible medicine IMO…got off and deal with my issues any way.
You could use a lube product but in all honesty... I'd never let my girl take that shit, I've seen those kind of medications ruin people in my family. I'm not a doctor or anything of the sort this is just my opinion.... I'd rather see alternative routes being taken for any depression/anxiety problems(many people I know use THC). At the end of the day, it's up to the individual.

If she is on birth control yes this can happen. When I was on birth control I had no sex drive at all, until they switched me to a lower dose hormone. Not sure about anxiety meds as I've never taken them. But if she is on birth control have her go to her gynecologist and have them switch her.

My wife is on birth control and an anti depressant and she's had this problem now for years, basically since my daughter was born almost 10 years ago. It's been an ongoing battle and something that has caused problems in the marriage many times, and nearly cost us the marriage more than once. She's tried different medications, but nothing has completely solved anything, and some of the medications just caused other issues to come forward in terms of mood, temper, etc. I understand the issue you're going through completely, and the best thing to do is consult a doctor and possibly a female endo to help find a different medication that may help.

My ex wife took Paxil. Not married anymore because of it. Shit destroyed my marriage. New latina wife is awesome tho. So i guess i still won lol.
There are otc drugs that work similar to viagra buy increasing blood flow to the clitoris..don't know what they're called you can Google it . also I believe they make women's cialis now if I'm not mistaken. anti depressants have this effect..You'll have to keep switching until u find the right one. paxil and Prozac are usually the worst..newer ones like lexapro works well for most..exffexor and celexa doesn't effect my libido. that's what I take.
