Lab Work Levels

Hey guys
Got a weird question for ya. I am taking 200mg Test C weekly for my TRT dose.
Here are my results from my blood work
TESTOSTERONE TOTAL, LC-MS/MS, MALES 729.0 ng/dL 300.0 - 1080.0 ng/dL
TESTOSTERONE FREE, ADULT MALE ED/LC-MS/MS 302.0 pg/mL 47.0 - 244.0 pg/mL

My question is.. How can I lower my testosterone free levels?
For me personally that's great! But when I go see my doctor in a couple months I don't want my free testosterone to be above normal range.

Is there a way for me to lower my T free?

Having high free test like that is indicative that your SHBG is likely low. Which is not necessarily a good thing. You can lower it through fat loss and lowering insulin levels. Or it could mean there is another underlying issue such hypothyroidism. Do you know your e2 levels, as high e2 can cause issues with SHBG as well.

I haven't received my e2 blood work lab report yet, should be any day. So I can't say where my levels are, but based off feel/mood I'd say it's mid 30s or low 40s but once I get my labs I'll let you know.

What's SHBG? My BF is 12% right now, and I'll continue to lose BF until I'm around 6%. I've never been overweight or fat.

And yes I will definitely lower my TRT dose before I see my doctor, I was just curious why my Free is so high.

Ok here are my results... looks like they took 3 different labs. I'm taking .5mg Arimidex every Tuesday and Friday with 200mg of Test C weekly.

ESTRADIOL BY TMS 10.0 - 42.0 pg/mL 23.2

Call me crazy ... but why aren't you following the advise of your
Doctor ?
You are under his care...but you want to hide things from him....I don't get it

The easy way is to stop injections for about 2 weeks prior, try not exceeding 3 weeks. Provided you have been on them for a little while, your body will not begin producing in this timeframe. Your T-level will tank, however you will be miserable. You may see mood swings and be very irritable. As soon as you test you can regain injections. If the doctor ask you if you're still taking it make sure you tell him as scheduled.
Good luck
