Ketosis question

Hey man I've got a quick question for you I've recently on Sunday just ended my state of ketosis and decided to add weight back again and ever since upping calories and carbs I've felt awful and it's affecting my training and mood... i know my body is getting used to running on glucose again but is there a time for this and is there any way I could speed up the process?
 
You gotta take it slow if the ketosis diet was long.
Start by adding fruits and berries to your daily diet for couple days, then introduce (still slowly) other carbs back to your diet.
You can't just instantly add 200 grams of carbs and hope for the best.
 
you cant just start slamming carbs and jacking up your calories too quickly bro... its just like other things i teach about not turning a marathon into a sprint...
 
You're going to have to let your body adapt slowly bro. There's a number of reasons I'm not a fan of Keto. It's just not a good bodybuilding diet in my opinion
