What are your thoughts on keto to lean down after bulking cycle. Sometimes I worry about all the animal fats im eating. I've been on keto for a week. Lost a few pounds but hit a wall. Visceral fat around my mid section has always been my issue. I appreciate your time.

I'm not a big fan of Keto or any low carb type diet in bodybuilding. I find it counterproductive to this lifestyle. Some love it, but I just don't condone it. If you are trying to cut, a proper macro ratio in the right defecit is all you need. Sarms can also aid you in fat loss

i would be 50-55% protein, 30-35% carbs and 10-15% fats...
 
Thanks for the time guys. Ya, im going to opt for low carb high protein diet. Carbs will be complex from protien drink consisting of egg whites, banana, oatmeal and protein powder after workout. The first time I did keto I was doing high intensity interval training. Hasn't worked for me sence(back the 600 test Ethanate, 200 tren A, clen.. I forget the dose but my lungs were awesome). Now I run a base Test only dosage as Tren kicks my ass. So was hoping Test as base and keto would suffice. Yes I'm open to SARMs but haven't done my research
 
I personally love keto. Everyone's body is different. I don't wanna be a bulk monster like 44 though.

Sarms are excellent for fat burning, and would go well with test to help aid you there. They also give a nice boost in endurance to help,you with training and cardio.

This would be a great cycle for your goals

1-12 test c 350mg per week
1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD

just be careful going too low on carbs bro.. its not a sustainable diet and you will eventually feel like dog shit which will also make it hard to gain muscle and perform in the gym... just be careful... definitely follow the stack layout rick gave you.. he gave you the links to get everything you need as well...
