Keeping Steroid Gains: Fact or Fiction: A new video by Dylan Gemelli

I agree with a 100% of what was said in this video. Everyone thinks this or that is best way especially when it comes to the "Best PCT"... everyone is different like it was said in the video there is no way to tell how much gains you'll keep etc.
 
I haven't watched the vid yet, but I can give my own experience. 30 plus years ago, when I was in my 20's, I kept a good percentage of my gains AND that was without PCT. Nobody or very few even knew what the hell that was. I continued to lift after my cycle's and always kept a good portion of strength and size. I'm sure with a proper PCT back then I'd have kept even more.

What I couldn't understand were these guys who would cycle, put on 25lbs, get big and strong and then I wouldn't see them for 3 months. They would literally stop lifting when they stopped cycling and lose everything they gained. Then repeat the process over and over. Ridiculous.
