Can you do a video on if you'll keep gains when under natty limit? Provided you follow up with proper pct thanks.

no because you won't keep gains with no foundation... that makes even so difficult and nearly impossible... the whole point in using steroids is you have reached genetic potential, not using them without doing so... that defeats the purpose of it

That's somewhat of a pointless video, considering nobody should be doing a cycle unless they have built the proper foundation and base to cycle in the first place

You guys keep forgetting that steroids are just performance ENHANCERS not performance REPLACERS.

Bodybuilding is strength training. Keeping your gains is only going to depend upon keeping your strength AND diet in check once you stop. It's the steroids that enhance both of these when they are on point.

You need to have these on point to begin with. Steroids isn't gonna give you them. You can't just expect to hop on a cycle and have the steroids replace all that hard work and try to keep that hard work after PCT, that is not how they work. They only aid you in getting stronger if you are actively pushing your existing strength to get stronger. Again, they enhance what is there and the performance necessary to go further. If you struggle to have good strength and aesthetics without gear, they will absolutely escape you as soon as you stop the juice.

There is no 'natty' limit for strength training. Just some misguided, outdated, FFMI BMI bullshit people keep clinging to try and prove who is natty and who isn't. But guess what? There are guys up to their eyeballs on Tren who are well within the 'natty limit' and guys who haven't even ever touched Creatine who are considered beyond it. Hint: it's a load of shit, and moreover we are all different. The same way one guy can look bone shredded pumped @ 10% and 170lbs. And some other guy still looks DYEL at 6% and 190lbs. Compare yourself to yourself and you're golden. Not what some nineteen dickety six BS says is YOUR 'natty limit'.

Excellent post bro and I agree 100% with you

exactly bro... the issue is building a good foundation before hand... if you don't, you are far less likely to keep anything in the first place, which is already not the easiest thing to do with a proper foundation simply because people do not want to run the right pct, they get lazy when off cycle or dont feel they can train as effectively when off cycle, which is all bull shit to say the least

It is so true though, people really forget the strength part of strength training. Getting stronger, lifting heavier.

I always say these days, people would rather up their dose, than up their weight (that they're lifting).

Keeping the gains is all about keeping that strength. If you're not strong to begin with, you're up shi7 creek without a paddle.

one problem is that we all forget how we even got the point we were at WITHOUT help, without ped's... You tend to forget these things and just how far you got ON YOUR OWN... all the progress is made without them... once you get past a certain point, clearly it SEEMS there is A LOT of progress but the entire process getting to where you need to be first takes a decade or more...
