Hello all. Not sure if this is the correct area, but I wanted to introduce myself.
I'm 35 and been weight lifting for about 15 years since right around I joined the Marine Corps (been out 8 years).

With the downside of being 35, I am well aware that I have to work "extra hard" to get gains.

My intention in coming here is to:

1) Learn
2) Get to know everyone
3) Apply knowledge to my personal growth


I look forward to speaking to you all - I apologize in advance regarding my dumb questions.

35 is young. I'm almost 45 and still young in my opinion. It's all what you make it out to be.
