Hi folks, this is my second post on here, but I have been researching and learning for the last 6 months or so. I wanted to share my first experience and how successful it has been.

Post-cycle stats:
Age: 33
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 187
BF: 8%
No previous cycle experience

Alright, I decided to try my first cycle, and went with test only. I am about to start PCT in 2 days. Below is the summary:

-10 weeks
-Test C @ 300 mg/wk
-Arimadex E3D @ 0.5 mg
-DGA PostCT weeks 7-10

Here is a summary of the results:
-gained 19 lbs, from 168 lbs to 187
-Very obvious change to my physique - now look like a true athelete
-Went from 10.5% bf down to 8% (measured before and after)
-I had ZERO side effects - I mean nothing
-I really felt no different on cycle - except for beast mode in the gym
-Added 35 lbs to bench press, 60 lbs to squat, 75 lbs dead lift
-I ate 500 cal over maintenance (40% P, 40% C, 20% F)
-Overall, a huge success

Here is my PCT that I start in 2 days:
-5 weeks (wks 12-16)
-Clom 50/50/50/25/25
-Nolva 40/40/40/20/20
-MK 25 mg/d (4 weeks)
-GW 20 mg/d

By the way, 1 year ago from today I weighed 205 and was 28% body fat - not in good shape at all. I cut down to 165 by controlling calories and intense cardio and weight lifting. This cycle has now built a strong foundation for which I will continue to build upon. In 1 year, I have turned my health and body around to be in peak condition.

I'm all setup for a sarms triple stack - I plan to start right after PCT if you all agree. The goal is to maintain gains and build upon them if possible. Would love to hear your suggestions on this...

I want to say thanks for all of the info in regards to safety and how to do things right. I'm a prime example here: things went very smooth, and I expect PCT to be no different given I am doing it right.

Thanks again!

welcome to isarms brother... great to have you.. thanks for the update and EXTREMELY NICE WORK!

i would extend your pct to 6 weeks total...

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... GW and MK prevent the rise in cortisol... not only that but they keep you performing at a level you were while on cycle being the ultimate performance enhancers they are... on top of the fact that mk2866 is the ultimate for healing and recovery, which is imperative in pct as well as keeping strength up to a very high level... gw will also treat cholesterol and blood pressure, which are definitely things that need addressed in pct as well…Organ ST plays a pivotal role in a post-cycle therapy (PCT). There’s a strong misconception that the role of a PCT is simply to restart the natural testosterone production that was shut down from the steroid cycle. While this is true, there are a lot of the other issues that the body has to deal with during a PCT: hormone fluctuations, high liver enzymes, increased blood pressure, pressure on the kidneys and endocrine system, high stress and cortisol levels, the list goes on...Organ ST helps address all of these problems and helps you recover in a timely manner. The quicker you recover, the less likelihood of any long-term problems occurring, and the more likely that all gains you make during your cycle are retained.

clomid 50/50/50/25//25/25
nolva 40/40/40/20/20/20
aromasin 12.5 mg eod
ORGAN ST https://www.dganutrition.com/cycle-support/organ-st
mk-2866 25 mg day (ONLY 4 WEEKS)
gw-501516 20 mg day

Thanks! I by accident left out aromasin in my listed pct above. I have it ready to go and wil run it as you laid out.

Glad to hear. Very smart and well planned. Welcome to the forum. Good luck in pct. I think for some thats the make or break. You might feel a little mental slip and feel like you need to jump back on because you're losing everything. Stick with the protocol and give it time.
