Whats up guys! New member to the forum. Been laying low in the background for a while reading and learning a lot. Wanted to make it official so i could contribute and share my experiences with the group. I feel like I know a lot of you already! Been back in the gym for almost 4 years after several years out while working on my career and raising a family. Now Im back and never been more focused on my fitness goals! Thanks to all for sharing the knowledge!
