I have been watching your youtube videos. These are great. I am 26 years old guy who has been training on and off for 6 years. I saw changes in first 6 months and after that I didn't really change anymore. But i still train because I don't like to get fat or feel weak.
Beside that I am doing modeling for 6 years also.I do not train with super heavy weight, because i have a back problem which is herniated disk.
Now I really want to achieve my goal. Since I am a model, I never needed huge muscle or bodybuilding body. What I need is I just increase in muscle, defined muscle and decrease in fat a bit.
After watching your videos, it looks like SARMS is quite secure compare to steroids. Could you please offer me which ones i need and for how long?
