what about the pre work out called hyphy mud made of: one can of coke and 2 table spoons of instant coffee mixed together.
someone famous is doing it on youtube. please advice since coke is all sugar... where is the diet here.

This seems a bit uneasy to me.. I’ve used c-4 and will not venture elsewhere.. sugar at certain levels can dehydrate you in my experience, but Dylan will definitely have the best advice
