In this video, I explain how to eat and train on and off of a steroid cycle. Learn if there are differences in your eating and training routing when using steroids, why these differences are there, what impact these habits can have and much more... This is an extremely misunderstood and commonly asked question and I clear up the misconceptions while providing everyone with the knowledge to do this the right way and get the most out of what you are doing... Do not miss this video!

This is something that comes up all the time, where people don't know exactly what changes with nutrients, recovery, etc when being on a cycle versus off

Great topic

just want to make sure everyone has a chance to see this one... i know that this is a very common question....

Great video! I was curious about that. Question; when I had my in body test done the other day, it gave me a reading of 1976 for my basal metabolic rate. Is that a good number to calculate my daily calorie input from? Thanks!
