    Simple training philosophy... push/pull. Push the plate away, pull up from the table. A trick I recommend is to drink a tall glass of water before every meal, it tends to give you a fuller feeling so you eat less.

    On your off days 44 do you find yourself more hungry or crave certain things as if your body wants more calories to revover. Since ive started working out 5 days a week m-f and have off on the weekends man im hungry it seems all day long. Just wondering thats all. Thanks bro

    Not really sure bro, I just eat when hungry. Well before I get hungry actually.

    It should be very easy to shed fat tissue at your bf%. All you need to do is get your training/cardio setup properly and nutrition setup properly. Keyword: properly. You don't need sarms or aas or anything. Just hardwork and consistency.
