Solid video and you hit on a great topic! At one point, I cut fats down to around 20% of my daily calories and I noticed negative effects. I also completely replaced whole eggs with just egg whites to cut down on fat and cholesterol. Don't do this. Eggs are a pretty good source of fats and good cholesterol.

We absolutely need fat in our diets as that is what we use to make testosterone! I find it EXTREMELY interesting that if 20% or less of your diet is made up of fat that it can inhibit testosterone production. Think about how many people follow the typical 40/40/20 diet! We really need to rethink the way we eat.
