she's in great shape for her age, been working out for 3 years, never used any PEDS of any kind

110 lbs
BF%- no idea to estimate for girls but she looks like a guy with max 12%

she lifts 4 times/week with a upper/lower body split but her job is sedentary
she eats 80% clean and her goals are mainly health & longevity

any downsides to taking ... 1 i.u/day for 6-12 months?would mk 677 be a better option?
