is intermittent fasting while on mk677 a good idea or is it a no go? any infi would be appreciated.

definitely not a good idea at all... dont do that with mk677

That can be troublesome for some people.

Depends on how long you want to fast. If you're talking about 8 hours or longer I don't recommend it.
