Hi
If i train long and very heavy should gw make the time betwin sets twice~ shorter right
As well what happens if im on the 4 week off period will the time betwin sets change back
Not using anything like tren that reduces cardio
Walking a lot per day since i use walkin treadmill while on pc (genius thing btw dylan u must try)

Yes, GW reduces your recovery time needed between sets in my experience. Of course, when you come off of it, that benefit is going to deplete though you will likely be better in that regard than before you started if that makes sense
 
Agreed, GW just provides more endurance overall IMO and you get less winded. So as Rick said you can easily move between sets and you will have built more endurance to utilize when you cycle down.
 
one of the keys people overlook when it comes to gw is the rise in MUSCULAR endurance... everyone tends to just group it with cardio training but the way it helps you to recover in between sets and have far more output is one of the largest benefits that it has
