I just want to make sure I'm on a good cycle

I went with these guy "doctor" I told him that i would like to get more size and he give me

Test, deca and bolde

I'm 31 years old
5'10"
Actual weight 175
BF @ 14.5%
 
The "doctor" gave you all of this? Damn, I have to pay for mine.
 
Hard to say since you just listed compounds and no cycle.

Also your stats are not optimal for AAS right now.
 
It means you are no where near ready to start taking a cycle.

Andro Test 250. 1ml per week
Decabol 300. 1ml per week

Those 2 for the first 2 weeks and on the 3rd week and on

Boldebol 300. 1ml per week
 
AAS = anabolic / androgenic steroids

Stats is short for statistics; Height, weight, bodyfat. etc.

You measure AAS in MG's not ML's. You wouldn't start the EQ in week 3 either. You have no Aromatase inhibitor? (Google it) an make no mention of PCT.

You're on the light side for your height with bodyfat that seems high for you weight. This indicates a lack of diet and/or training...that means you're not in a position to run AAS.

But numbers can lie, it's tough to tell without seeing you.

IMO; keep the AAS on the side for now.

Post your goals and current nutrition & training, maybe we can make some suggestions.
 
Goal: to be 195 to 200 lbs with a low bf

Nutrition: 5 full meals and 2 shakes at day
Every 2 to 3 hrs

Training: 6 days at week
Monday: chest and pumps tri's
Tuesday: back and pumps bicesps
Wen: legs and calves
Thursday: shoulders
Friday: arms ( triceps and biceps )
And Sunday: legs and glúteos
 
What are you meals?

I'd change to a 2-3 on 1 day off routine. You need the right amount of rest.
 
Meal 1: 8 egg whites and 2 whole eggs and 5 tortillas
Meal 2: 2 scoops of protein and 7oz of sweet potatoes
Meal 3: 10oz of stake 1 cup of pasta and 1 bowl of brócoli
Meal 4: 10oz of chicken breast 1 cup of rice 1 potato and 2 cups of spinach
Meal 5: 2 scoops of protein with 1/2 cup of oatmeal and some strawberries
Meal 6: 6oz of salmon with 8 Sparragus
Meal 7; 2 cups of Greek yogurt with 1 scoop of protein

And what do you mean on 2-3 on 1 day? 🤔

No, you have too much white flour which is probably contributing to your high bodyfat.

I'll look at this again when I have more time.
