Whatever you can throw in a blender... Drinking is much easier than eating IMO. Couple scoops of protein, fruit, milk, flax oil, oats, PB. That's all you need.

Ill do more shakes. Cutting out junk completely
Whole food is always better than protein powder, but hey you can throw eggs in a blender with all the other good stuff lol

Hahaha I cant believe jokes are being made about this post. Look at most guys bulking; theyre going to burger king and dominos to get in a quick 1000cal.
