I’m 53 years old and will be in my first sergeants stack in October. I am asking you what you would suggest for my first sergeants stack?
I’ve worked out in the past, but let myself go over the last six years after a divorce. I am about 20 to 25 pounds overweight, and I’m just getting back into the gym and swimming and eating a clean diet. I have lost over 5 pounds in two weeks. By the time October comes around, I want to begin my first storm stack and I’m looking for a stack that will help me to cut weight and build lean muscle. October, November and December will be the 12 week cycle for me and I will be doing nothing except working on line and in the gym.
I would love to hear your suggestion for my first stack cycle.
