What is the minimum age you recommend for doing your first cycle?

There is SO much info regarding this and I think Dylan started a special thread just regarding this .......
sarms etc 21 years old min
ASS 25 years min and personally id like to see someone around 30 with years of training under there belt and a good understanding of diet/training . I'm over people who let me be blunt are fat wanting to jump on cycle .

i never recommend anyone under 25 use steroids and even at 25 i dont think its a smart idea
