I've been keeping up with your videos and think that you are doing an awesome job on informing everyone on how to live right using supplements and or peds. keep up the great work you are awesome.
i've also been thinking about starting my first cycle test only. Im 28 years of age, 5'10, 155lbs, @10% body fat ive been lifting for about 3-4 years now and feel stuck and skinny and want to grow. i was thinking first cycle at 300mg a week for 12 weeks followed by pct. now i know you are very knowledgeable hence the reason i wanted some advice from you on how to go about this process. whats the best dose for me and how many times to pin a week or which days. how long after to start pct and will hcg be needed and also when to use. also wonder what would be the best spot to pin and if they need to be alternated. and or anything may have missed or will need.
