Estrogen questions

Hi. First off: When you have 'gyno pains', like the stinging pains in your breasts, after you start managing the estrogen with an AI to get it lowered, how long does it take for it to disappear? What is your experience? Do the pains go away in a few hours, a day, a week, a month?

Also, when E2 is high, is it normal for your skin to be "hanging" on your body, rather than being tight? Has anyone noticed this? Loose, hangy, elastic, "chewed chewing gum" looking skin?

thats different for everyone... some people have gyno dissipate in a few days and others it can be an uphill battle... of course with high estrogen you are holding more water which can alter how you look man...

Anytime you cycle you should be controlling estrogen. You don't wait for sides to show up.....and yes anytime estrogen gets high you will bloat and retain water.
