Dosing s4

I've been taking 25mg of s4 Twice a day for two weeks and I'm ready to move up to 30. how would i accurately measure 30mg because theres no mark on the the bottle for these measurements and same for when I move up to 35mg because I don't want to mess up my cyle by trying to eye it out and have my dosing inaccurate. Btw my sarms are from sarmsx
