DIM supplement?

Was wondering if DIM is worth taking, seems opinions are all over the place with this one. Estrogen blocker, just bad estrogen? What's the deal with this one? Does it have any value for someone on TRT? Since I've been on TRT (6weeks), my estrogen levels have rose but still within the normal range.. if that makes any difference. Thanks!

I supplement DIM, but I honestly don't know if it has any real effect. It is certainly not potent enough to deal with any aromatization from exogenous test sources.

its fine for a natural blocker to help to a small point but you certainly shouldnt be dependent on it to control estrogen

Never did a thing for me if ur talking about using it to control estrogen conversion
