    As a general rule of thumb:

    Protein is 4 calories per gram
    Carbohydrates are 4 calories per gram
    Fat is 9 calories per gram

    I?m looking at changing my whey protein. Any recommendations? I use a plant protein (sunwarrior) once a day and a whey following training. Been using allmax.
