Diet manipulation questions

Diet is going very well . In damn near at my goal . I have a little more fat I wana take off .
So today was a cheat day . I had a burger fries and split a dessert with my son. After I ate this I filled out . Veins and all big as hell . Looked greet . I already looked good before this just amplified it . So can I figure out a way to duplicate this . Is there a way to stay nice and full eating enough clean carbs ? Or does this happen from a combination from the fat carbs sodium ect in that kind of food ?
