Im 45. Im doing Armwrestling now for 3 years. Everyone adviced me to use deca for the pain and my slow recovery. I cant find info to my question.

Is it ok on my age,
Do i only take deca,
At 1ml injections... how many do i take per week ???

Please if you can assist I will appreciate it

you got some pretty shitty advice.. deca will not heal any injuries first of all... it will mask your pain for the time being and thats it...

you dont just start using deca like that man... you have no clue about the side effects, how to actually use it, etc... you are going to fucking wreck yourself... please bro, DO NOT listen to whoever is giving you this advice... its just absolutely ridiculous
