Guys question if I'm reading this right
You do your muscle groups one exercise on the list super heavy of sets 8,4,2
Then a high set on certain exercises
Got the diet part down
Jw I've been doing that and pretty fatigued with strength and pretty sore since Monday

Are you doing one rest paused set to failure per muscle group? If you are doing more than that you are doing it wrong. Type out what you did exactly and I'll see what you might be confused on. I've been doing DC for years so I'm well versed in it

Ok for example I did on Monday for chest a rest pause with 20 seconds in between each set
8 reps 20 seconds 4 reps 20 seconds 2 reps
On the incline bench slow and controlled reps

Also added one more set of Windows I think they call them a set of 10-12
