So far I've done two cycles with 6 weeks of Nolvadex ran right after of test propionate for about 10 weeks each time and about 8 weeks in between the cycles. Just yesterday I tore my Achilles tendon playing full padded football (semi-pro) and after some research I was thinking how would test cyp 250ml per week, eq 500 ml per week, along with 2 iu of hgh per day sound to help with a speedy recovery and keep me from gaining body fat?? I am 5'10 280 lbs, 24%body fat and 30 years old. Been a powerlifter since 15. Thanks.
