I plan on taking LGD for a 12 week cycle with a 4 week PCT using LiquiNol. Is there anything else I have to take to be fully safe and healthy?

Make sure you get everything you need from sarmsx to insure you have the highest quality. What exactly are your goals here? S4 stacks very well with LGD to give a very powerful combo for mass and strength

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later

S4 is a good choice. Mk677 is another good one to stack. I just love mk677 so I try to throw it in whenever possible. Really helps with calorie intake and sleep, brother.

And yes I'd use clomid as Dylan stated. You don't want nolvadex.
