cycle or sarms?

Hello Dylan,

Bro first and foremost I've been watching all your videos online for my research. Your really the only source I trust so much respect. Im 51 yrs old and weigh about 185 with about 14% bodyfat. I'd like to go up to 190-192 with a drop in bodyfat to 10% or less.Right now my joints are hurting, elbows and knees. Im looking for something that can help me achieve my goals.

What do you think is the best combo to get me there. I def want to do a test( 16 weeks)due to my age but beyond that I was thinking, primo tabs (8weeks), eq (16 weeks), HCG ( last 4weeks), Nolvadex throughout the cycle.

These are my thoughts but Im not sure my joints will get the relief unless I do deca. But, I know from your videos that deca only masks the pain, there is no healing involved so Im hesitant. That being said, I was also thinking Sarms, perhaps LGD 4033 for the joints in combination with the cycle. What do you think is most efficient and cost effective that will achieve my goals and relieve my joints?

General idea of nutrition

I recently did a cycle test eq 12 weeks/deca 12 weeks 300mg ea/wk. That was the first cycle in about 15 years.

Weight - 183-185lbs
Body fat % PLEASE DO NOT GUESS- last test was 17% a few months ago
Years of training - 35
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run)-I recently did a cycle test eq 12 weeks/deca 12 weeks 300mg ea/wk. That was the first cycle in about 15 years.
PCT for each cycle- Nolvadex throughout, LGD-4033 immediately after for 8 weeks
Goals- 190lbs/10% or less bodyfat
Supplements (if any)- None- was on pre-workout BLITZ 5.0 for 30 days
General idea of nutrition- 7:30 am breakfast-oatmeal w fruit, 11:00 am 5eggs w toast, 1.30pm 2 tuna sandwiches or chicken breast with lentils red beans or sweet potato, 3pm workout, 4.30pm SUPER MASS GAINER 1 scoop with fruit mix (approx 30 grams of protein), 7pm dinner varies..fish, chicken, pasta with ground beef, potatoes, shrimp..etc. I always include either veggie ie. broccoli, kale salad..etc (always with quinoa or white rice) (Im a single dad so I have to cook for my 4 kids they dont like brown rice), 9pm trail mix or a small piece (1.5"x1.5" square)organic dark chocolate which includes quinoa, almonds, buckwheat, goji berries, sunflower seeds and pepitas- this satisfies my sugar craving at night

Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.) herniated disk L4-L5/ nagging joint pain elbows and knees

there is no need here for steroids whatsoever... you can easily surpass your goals and get the proper healing without any steroid use... it really does not even make sense for your goals... have you used any steroids in the past? im telling you right now, this is not necessary... a sarms stack would put you well past where you want to be... let me know and i can help you with this... also, have you had any recent bloodwork?
 
You have some good things going on but there's a lot that needs work......Especially diet.

1st off;
You ran test, EQ, and deca for 12 weeks and only LGD as PCT?
 
I wouldn't use steroids bro. You can do a lot with the goals you have with the right sarms stack. I would recommend the following stack, which will give you healing, lean mass, strength, fat loss, and endurance.

1-12 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg 4-6 hours later

bro, you are looking to add 5-7 lbs by your goals... you DEFINITELY don't need a cycle like deca and eq for that nor any other steroid... if that's what you want, go for it but questioning me when i am trying to help you and act as if i dont know what im talking about is not going to go over very well... you run whatever you want but its absolutely pointless to run steroids with the goals you have... good luck

A few suggestions I'd make here:

A) 5 egg yolks every day and toast HAS TO GO. One yolk is probably more than enough with egg whites.
B) Tuna sandwiches; again, drop the bread.
C) you're eating lot of fruit which = a lot of sugar
D) Chocolate? C'mon.

I'm in no way a nutrition expert but I'd bet you $1 these things are contributing to your high BF

I try to do my research and find that your one of the only sources I trust so I wouldn't do that. I did take your advice and didn't cycle. I did an 8 week cycle of lgd at 10 mg per day and put on about 7lbs. I'm doing more cardio so I got a lot leaner. I do have one question though how does lgd affect the liver ?

it doesn't affect it whatsoever bro... sarms are not toxic so you have no concern there...
