I am 54 yrs old, I just recently had my blood work done. I have been considering testosterone therapy. I have a reliable source from gym bros, my test levels 139 not good, cholesterol totals 171, blood sugar 103, I'm 5'6 , 230, , 18% bodyfat. Do you think test, with hcg on cycle, and clomid pct , be good for someone like me , my doctor says no to all of it .I need a professional opinion from someone

you need to go see an endocrinologist, not a doctor... that should be the first thing you do... you need to let the doctor handle it but you have to go to the right kind specialist...
