Hows it going guys, I am new here and could really use some advice. I am 32, 5'9, 175 lbs with ~15% bodyfat. Been training for around 10 years and started my first cycle about 2 years ago. 400mg test E weekly x12 weeks and had great results and solid bloods. Unfortunately I have noticed gyno forming after my pct even though bloods are coming back within what I thought to be normal range --Estradiol 32.1 pg/mL. Was on adex 1mg EOD and pct was Nolva x4 weeks. Wondering if switching to Aromasin would be a better choice. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Arimidex doesn't prevent gyno in pct you should of used aromison. Maybe try some letro to stop it.
you are supposed to use aromasin in pct to prevent rebound... thats an issue to start with... absolutely aromasin is the better choice
I was using adex on cycle then nolva for PCT. Wondering if I should swap adex for aromasin for on cycle.
Aromasin is definitely far better on cycle. Also make sure you have an adequate pct next time and prevent estrogen rebound. That's why you had problems. This is what your pct should be

that would be a wise move brother, yes... absolutely
when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... I am still learning pardon, but if dex does not stop gyno why do many people take it? I know it stops estrogen or something like that or lowers it.
It doesnt prevent gyno rebound man... thats why its not used in pct... it can be used during to suppress estrogen but its not a suicidal inhibitor
