Hey all, i am in love with mk677 and have been adding it in to cycles for awhile now. Mainly mass gaining cycles!
I plan to do a cut here pretty soon and will be adjusting chems to that specifically!
My quistion is does any one have any secrets or stategies they use to help control appetite on mk so the cravings are more controllable. In the past the cravings have helped me to get the extra food in to recover and put on size however cutting i think it may be a little difficult to control those cravings. anyone has any ideas of how i can help to control those cravings on mk677 while cutting let me know!

eat PLENTY of fiber and drink plenty of water bro... doing so will help you feeling full and satiated... also, just simply staying busy so you are not sitting there thinking about how hungry you are... when we are not busy, or bored, then we tend to want to eat.. its just human nature...

Yeah, fiber, water, perhaps a fat burner or appetite suppressant if you know of a good one. The energy keeps me busy like Dylan said and it helps me forget about eating.

The hunger should not last to long brother might have to tuff it out a month tops then your body learns it . Water will help for sure and plus if you can get away with dosing it at night your better off I noticed hunger spike for me comes usually after 2hrs of taking it . But I personally run mk in the morning while fasting .

i will be adding in an eca in the morning before cardio wich i mainly jump rope. so hopefully that will help suppress appetite!

To Dylan's point which he is correct as well, I also recommend chewing gum or eating something large but super low calorie to take up space in your stomach like decent sized whole pickles that are all of about 5 calories.

yes, chewing gum definitely helps as well... i completely agree

eat small animals and children. Besides being a nice high protein meal, they are tasty and low calorie :)
