Competitive Athlete Question

Hi Dylan,


My friend is a 19 year old highly competitive 400m athlete who trains 6 days a week. He is always pulling up very sore and sometimes injured after sessions and struggles to back up training the next day due to it. I have suggested he may be deficient in HGH or Testosterone. Is there any supplements/drugs you could recommend for him to take to enable him to train harder and be less sore after workouts?
 
At his age, he can't take any type of PED.

If you "think" he's deficient maybe he should seek an endo for professional medical testing and advice
