thats ridiculous lol... thats a combination that has been used together since anyone has ever used a pct.. your friend is rather ignorant and should not be giving steroid advice to anyone, ESPECIALLY as it pertains to pct which is literally the most important part of your cycle...

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... hey dyllan i dont understand how one can use ostarine during pct? doesnt that mildy supress you and during pct your trying to raise test not supress?? can you explain how ostarine is good on pct cause i cant seem to understand

i wrote exactly why its used and it does not begin to show suppression until the mid mark, which is 6 weeks and why it SPECIFICALLY says to only use it 4 weeks in my notes there...
