Hey Dylan.Im from the UK. I love your videos. They are incredibly informative and honestly life-decision changing (positive). I just watched your video on clen after ordering pharma grade astralean clenbuterol and honestly now i'm rethinking the whole idea. I understand how much you are trying to warn us audience and honestly i now see the bigger picture thanks to you. I think i'm around 20-25% body fat and have been training since i was 16 (almost 8years). Honestly i've been on steroids before and i've added huge mass when i was 19 which was 3-4 years ago. During that time i pretty much lost my motivation and started smoking weed and got really lazy. I have now been at the gym for the past year working my ass off to get back to how i was but i'm worried because i've been dieting really hard. I mean really hard. Calorie deficit. Cardio. Abs. The lot. And honestly i'm tired of how its not working out for me. I used to be really fat back when i was about 14-15 and i dont think i've ever been lean. I ran a cycle of winstrol last year and got a little ripped especially in my shoulders (i have big shoulders and traps due to the steroid use of when i was 19) but i also noticed the top half of my abs were visible during the winstrol cycle. So i was living the dream, i thought how my diet is paying off and i was so motivated. However as soon as i came off around 6-8 weeks after winstrol i just started getting the big belly again. Honestly i'm sick of it and im just lost on what i should do. I'm just rambling on now i'm sorry. I honestly hope you get this email i'm in need of serious help. I just need some advice on what to do or take in order to because ripped. At this point i honestly dont even care about losing my muscle mass if i lose the fat with. I just want to be ripped so i can actually have a canvas to work with. For example if i'm ripped i can see each muscle part and focus on what exactly needs work and what i can chill back on. But with all this fat i feel like i'm just getting big but i dont know if i'm doing enough from chest down. But because i was on winstrol i know my abs exist. They are beautiful i have a picture i will show you. I was so happy. I even started a bodybuilding instagram (bodybuildingmadesimple) where i'm just showing my workouts and talking. I have around 1500 followers and i just liking helping people in general. My mindset is. If i can make a difference to just one person in the world for the good. I'm happy.

It's going to start with diet mate. If you've been dieting and it's not working then thngs need to change. Everyone is different with food and how it impacts them.

Bro, you need to stay away from Clen. It's terrible bad stuff with nasty side effcts. It sounds to me like you are trying to take something to get you ripped and it doesn't work that way. There is absolutely no replacement for hard fucking work in the kitchen and the gym. You need to get your diet in order. That's why you aren't making progress. If you want fat loss help, Sarms can help you quite a bit with that, but stay away from steroids and Clen. You have no business using them
 
Your diet is clearly not good bro. And my guess is you are lacking proper cardio. Throw the clen in the garbage. Its shit and will mess you up. Almost killed me at a low dose (no joke) and i was under 10% and did a lot of cardio. Do not touch it! Get your ass on a treadmill or running outside, and for gods sake look up nutrition and macro meal planning. Its really not hard. Put the effort in and you will see awesome results.
 
And also Dylan smokes weed so it's not the demon devils lettuce u make it out to be either but in all seriousness.. yeah Dylan is very strict with diet and cardio. There is no magic pill. U either want it or u dont.
 
Damn guys. I honestly appreciate everything you guys have said. I've implemented a new routine where i'll do abs and cardio every other day. Thanks. But i honestly feel like i wasted my money on the clen so i'll probably just take extremely low doses. Just not to feel like an ass about buying it 😂 But honestly thanks guys. I didnt think a lot of people would wanna help much. But the bro code is strong in these forums. I love you guys no homo
 
I would just throw it away bro... it doesn't make sense to take something that can hurt you .. even if it's a low dose

See the thing is i wanna use sarms. But damn sarms is expensive as hell. Getting ripped with products is not worth 200-300 possibly more 😩 I dont really want to spend a whole lot of money. I appreciate the advice guys thanks

You don't ever want to put a price on the cost of health and safety. That won't take you down a good road in this lifestyle
 
you dont have to run huge stacks for fat loss... a simple stack of s4 and gw would be perfect for you
