Cardio or not ?

I've been doing a lot of research and havent came up with a conclusion yet. Is it good or bad to do cardio on a cycle? This fourm is by far my favorite and the most useful so I figured this is the place to get the best answer!
 
Continue to do cardio on cycle. It's good for your overall health regardless of what your cycle goals are, and you won't lose gains.

I personally have to limit my cardio when I’m trying to gain muscle mass. Otherwise I’d have to eat in excess of 4000cals.
 
its always good to do cardio... how much is dependent upon the goal etc but its always good and extremely beneficial to be incorporating some no matter on or off cycle...
 
A lot of people prefer to do cardio first, but I am one of the people that do it after I'm done lifting. It honestly doesn't too much matter when you do it, just that you consistently do it.

i always to cardio first... there's no right answer to that question... thats really up to you on what you prefer
