It all come down to quality. Hard to find that in a capsule. Www.esarms.com is the highest quality you'll find

Yes... Capsules the raws are stuffed in capsules and liquid the raws are suspended in alcohol or similar liquid solution.

the only difference there could be is the quality and that just comes down to the source, not the form... i do prefer liquid because of the way you can manipulate the dosing where with caps, you are pretty much stuck with what they are... with liquid you can really dose whatever you want and that makes them more desirable

You have to make sure you shake the bottle really well each and every time you dose. Very important especially if it hasn't been used recently.
