Cabergoline for Libido problems

So I have low libido and slight ED caused by Finasteride and Antidepressants. I bought some Cabergoline for my NPP cycle 2 months ago (with testosterone replacement therapy) but never used it. I have stopped NPP for the last 2 months. Working out whether to use the Caber or not.

Question:
Anybody have success in treating their low libido/erectile dysfunction with Cabergoline while NOT on 19-nor steroids? should it be avoided unless you are on cycle?

(Apologies for the other thread accidentally entitled Bromocriptine, I can't work out how to delete it.)

I'm not 100% positive but all the issues I have seen on here regarding puffy or sore nipples is due to Gyno, from elevated estrogen, which would be treated with an AI and depending on the severity would facilitate the type and amount to use. To fully know what's going on you would need updated blood work to find out the exact issue that could be causing it.

Fair enough. My main concern here is not the puffy nipples though. It's the libido. i'll remove the puffy nipples question from my original post.

Libido can also be a factor from screwed up estrogen, but Prolactin can sure have an effect (Deca Dick) on Dysfuction, Need bloods to see levels. What was your cycle volume of each so these guys can give better recommendations, but it will come down to bloods.

I think estrogen is somewhat responsible as per my reply on your other thread..but I would use something like cialis for this problem rather than Caber..because with out a prolactin problem you'll crush your prolactin completely..U want to avoid that

Cycle was 12 weeks of 400mg NPP alongside my Testosterone replacement therapy 90mg p/week dose.

I had bloods done 2 weeks ago from my TRT Doc. Testosterone and Oestrogen were in check but my doc couldn't release the numbers while I am out of the country. My Test is usually between 650-700, any higher and my hair sheds too much.

Back to my original question though - if we assume that my prolactin levels are normal, does reducing it BEYOND normal range improve libido in any way? or does prolactin have to be above average for Cabergoline to help with libido at all? in other words, is low prolactin a good thing for libido?

I see I see. I just sent Joe a message at the exact time you responded that, asking about low prolactin. You can ignore that then. Wasn't sure if low prolactin was a bad thing.

ALSO - for optimal libido, do we want Oestrogen to be bang in the middle of the normal range, or do we want it on the low side?
I do not use any AI with my TRT, because my Oestrogen is usually right in the middle of the range, maybe 5-10% above normal, should I discuss an AI with my doc to help with libido?

U can run Proviron @ 50 mgs per day. It will significantly boost your libido, and much safer than Caber..Caber isn't for long term use, but Proviron is non toxic and you can run it 16 weeks on/4 weeks off year round as Dylan does,he'll tell you it's great to add to anything.

But I'm willing to bet $5 that if you ran aromasin twice a week all your problems will be solved or at least significantly better

Awesome. What sort of Aromasin dose would you recommend for 90mg test p/week? Obviously I'll discuss with my doc but to be honest I feel that some of you guys know more than him.

Also, what are the risks involved with Proviron?

Honestly no risk, you can check with Dylan but I'm sure he'll tell u the same because he loves the Shit out of it. It's non toxic and it helps release natural test thus increasing libido..most ppl stay horny as hell on it..aromasin at 12.5 mg twice a week will probably do u good, u can even cut that dose in half and gauge it then go up if needed..the liquid aromasin from sarms x will make it easier to get that smaller dose vs trying to cut a pill in quarters..chances are your Dr won't even know what aromasin is..the medical name is exemestane I think

What if he only offers Arimidex? Would that work just as well?

No it doesn't not

Ehm. I might be confused... but isn't 90mg per week of Test Prop way too little? 200mg is normal right?

And isn't Test Cyp usually prescribed?
A bit confused now :(
